Naoise is a senior associate in the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations Department and advises clients on all aspects of litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution.
Naoise advises a wide range of clients, including private and public companies, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals on all aspects of dispute resolution, with a particular focus on high-value commercial litigation and international arbitration proceedings. In addition to general corporate and commercial disputes, her experience includes advising in relation to complex fraud and conspiracy claims, intellectual property disputes, EU law (including State aid) investigations, tax disputes, regulatory disputes and investigations, and BIT arbitrations.
