Ann Coyle, Real Estate

Ann advises on all aspects of commercial real estate practice, in particular on the acquisition and disposal of commercial, industrial and retail property as well as advising on all aspects of landlord and tenant law and financing matters.

Ciara Fagan, Tax  

Ciara regularly acts for Irish companies and multinationals as well as banks and other financial institutions, providing advice across all tax heads on a broad range of commercial matters.

Frances Flynn, Restructuring and Insolvency

Frances advises clients on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency and has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies, having acted in a number of high profile examinerships, schemes of arrangement, liquidations, receiverships and debt workouts.

Golda Hession, Corporate and M&A

Golda advises international and domestic companies as well as State and semi-State bodies on all areas of corporate law, in particular on securities law, corporate governance and ESG.

Marc McLaughlin, Real Estate

Marc acts for clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues as well as financing and asset management matters.

Carolann Minnock, Pro Bono 

Carolann leads the pro bono practice at Arthur Cox, developing pro bono projects and bringing together lawyers from across the firm in areas such as access to justice, legal information, employment and immigration law.
