About the new partners

Patrick Horan – Partner, Competition and Regulated Markets
Patrick’s practice covers the full range of EU and Irish competition law, including merger control, investigations, State aid, competition law aspects of agreements, implementation of compliance programmes, and competition litigation.

Deirdre O’Mahony – Partner, Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Deirdre specialises in banking and finance disputes, corporate crime and regulatory disputes and enforcement.

Maeve Moran – Partner, Corporate M&A
Maeve advises on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, equity capital markets and corporate reorganisations.

Michael Coyle – Partner, Corporate M&A
Michael focuses on five core areas: public advisory work for international corporate clients, public M&A, private M&A, private equity and core domestic clients.

Deirdre Sheehan – Partner, Real Estate
Deirdre has extensive experience acting for domestic and international clients on acquisitions and disposals of real estate and commercial property (single asset and portfolio), landlord and tenant matters and property finance arrangements.

Darragh Geraghty – Partner, Finance
Darragh has broad experience of a diverse range of financing transactions including development, fund, real estate, warehouse and acquisition financings.
