DIF Capital Partners to sell its stakes in three Irish roads
Arthur Cox is very pleased to advise DIF Capital Partners, a leading global independent investment manager, on its agreement to sell its stakes in three Irish roads (M3 Motorway, M4 Motorway and M50 Motorway) to Semperian PPP Investment Partners. Closing of the transaction is expected to take place in Q3 2022 subject to the receipt of customary approvals and consents.
