Caroline is co-chair of our Aviation Group and a senior partner in our Tax Group.
Caroline has extensive experience in advising both domestic and international companies on structuring their affairs for various types of transactions including establishing operations in Ireland. She is particularly experienced in advising clients on all complex aircraft and equipment leasing, along with securitisations, bond issues, and capital raising. Caroline’s dual skills of being a senior tax partner along with the co-chair of the firm’s Aviation Group bring a unique set of skill to benefit her clients. Caroline leads the firm’s Asia-Pacific Group.

- Advised Flutter Entertainment on Irish tax aspects of its accelerated acquisition of FanDuel
- Advising various aircraft leasing companies on their establishment and ongoing aircraft and shipping transactions in Ireland including Bocomm Aviation; CMB Leasing
- Advising Aviator Capital on the establishment; structuring and ongoing transactions in Ireland
- Advising Flexam Invest on establishment of Irish leasing platform
- Advising Abbey International Finance Limited on its structuring and operation in Ireland
- Advising various clients on their disputes with the Irish tax authorities
- Advising the Depositary Trust Company (DTC) on Irish tax and legal matters issues in connection with DTC offering its depository, book-entry transfer and clearing and settlement services to Irish incorporated companies with listings on US stock exchanges
