

Concord Acquisition Corp. combines with Circle Internet Financial Limited to take Circle public

Arthur Cox is very pleased to partner with Greenberg Traurig LLP in advising Concord Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, on its proposed business combination with Circle Internet Financial Limited, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, to take Circle public in a transaction valuing Circle at USD4.5 billion.
