COP28: Arthur Cox advises the LSF on its repo transaction with ADIA and Afreximbank
Alongside White & Case, Arthur Cox has advised the Liquidity and Sustainability Facility (LSF) on its USD50 million repo facility announced at this year’s COP28.
The LSF announced at COP28 it had concluded a USD50 million transaction with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank), under BNY Mellon’s Triparty Facility.
The LSF was designed with the support of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) and Afreximbank.
The Arthur Cox team was led by Phil Cody (Finance) and included Gavin McArdle, Brendan Kennedy and Luke Lyons (Finance) and Elaine Mooney (Tax).
