We have advised our long-standing client Kennedy Wilson on its investment in a residential joint venture with APG.

The €2 billion platform is focused on a residential real estate portfolio consisting of major Dublin developments at Cherrywood, Player Wills & Bailey Gibson and Clonliffe sites. It is anticipated that upon completion of the developments, Kennedy Wilson’s Irish portfolio will consist of approximately 6,900 residential units.
