We acted as legal counsel to the joint lead managers (Bank of America, BNP Paribas and MUFG Securities (Europe) N.V.) and as drafting counsel on the STS securitisation of a portfolio of Irish auto finance receivables originated by Finance Ireland.

The €365m transaction, which was oversubscribed, is Finance Ireland’s third and largest securitisation to date, reflecting robust investor demand and confidence in the Irish auto finance market.

The team was led by Aisling Kelly and Luke Lyons (both Structured Finance and Securitisation) and included Deirdre O’Donnell (Structured Finance and Securitisation) and Fintan Clancy and Emily Briggs (both Tax).
