Andrew is a senior associate in the Debt Finance Group and advises a wide range of financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers on domestic and cross-border transactions.

Andrew has extensive experience advising a broad range of borrowers and lenders on cross-border debt financings, refinancings, leveraged and acquisition financings and syndicated lending.

Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Andrew was an associate in the leveraged finance team at a major law firm in London.
