Kevin has extensive experience in banking and finance transactions. Kevin acts for a wide range of financial institutions, direct lenders, funds and corporates advising on fund finance, asset/property finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, receivables financing, workouts and debt restructuring.

Relevant Experience

  • Advising lenders and funds in relation to fund finance transactions including Capital Call, NAV and Hybrid Facilities
  • Advising lenders in relation to the financing of the Morgan Hotel, the Citi Hotel, the Galmont Hotel, Dunboyne Castle, the Dylan, the Imperial Hotel (Cork) and Powerscourt Hotel
  • Advising the lenders to Avolon Holdings Limited in relation to its US$10.38 billion acquisition of CIT Groups aircraft leasing business
  • Advising Allianz Group in the financing of the acquisition of the Liffey Valley Shopping Centre
  • Advising McDermott International on the Irish aspects of its debt restructuring and Chapter 11 process
  • Advising Swissport Group on the Irish aspects of its debt restructuring
  • Advising Irish Life on financing the acquisition of various PRS Schemes
  • Advising Value Retail on the financing of Phase 3 of Kildare Retail Village
  • Acting for a large Irish Corporate on accessing the UK’s COVID Corporate Finance Facility
  • Advising Ballymore Group on development finance facilities for various residential developments
