We alongside Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP advised Energia, a leading integrated Irish energy business with significant operations across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, on a €1.3 billion debt refinancing comprising an €850 million offering of senior secured notes due 2032 and an amendment and extension of Energia’s existing €450 million revolving credit facility.
