Arthur Cox, in conjunction with Herbert Smith Freehills, is delighted to have advised Mercuria Energy Trading SA, the global energy and commodities trader, in relation to its investment in TechMet Limited. Mercuria’s investment closes TechMet’s second funding round at $120 million.
