We acted as lead counsel to PGIM on its refinancing of a €125 million loan to refinance U-Store It, one of Ireland’s leading self-storage platforms.

The refinancing relates to U-Store It’s portfolio of nine self-storage facilities located across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The transaction supports the continued growth of the platform and reflects the increasing demand for self-storage solutions across the Irish market.
