Expertise

Geoff is a partner in the Corporate Department, where he leads one of our Corporate/M&A teams. He specialises in corporate finance, advising on mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), private equity and equity capital markets. He also has an active public company advisory practice.

He has transactional experience across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus in recent years on the healthcare / pharma and financial services sectors. He has advised on many of the largest and most high profile M&A deals in Irish corporate history.

Previously, Geoff practised in the Corporate Finance Group of a leading New York firm.

Geoff is one of our Diversity Partners. This role sees Geoff and fellow Diversity Partner, Grainne Hennessy, spearhead our initiatives on diversity and inclusion in relation to not only gender, but also to race, ethnicity and sexual orientation.
