Ciara works in our Technology & Innovation Group and has broad experience in technology-related law.
Ciara trained with Arthur Cox and is a senior associate in the Technology and Innovation Group. She has particular expertise in data protection, outsourcing, digital transformation, IT contracts, freedom of information and export control.
She works with financial institutions, corporates and technology companies on a range of complex transformation and procurement projects, including cloud outsourcings, digital transformation projects and business critical IT contracts. She also advises a range of clients on data protection and has particular expertise in relation to complex international data transfer strategies, including BCRs. Ciara was previously based in Arthur Cox’s San Francisco office.
