We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ciaran Flynn as Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance Consulting.

Flynn joins the firm’s growing Company Compliance and Governance Group, a multi-disciplinary team specialising in corporate governance, company law, company secretarial services, and legal and compliance risk management.

Ciaran brings over 20 years’ experience in professional and consulting services to the role and he joins from KPMG, where he served as a Director in its Risk and Regulatory Consulting Team. A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst by training, he holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance and an M.Sc. in Financial and Industrial Mathematics, both from DCU. Ciaran’s role will include building a team to support the firm’s clients in areas such as board effectiveness, regulatory implementation, risk reporting and risk transformation.
