Dáibhí is Legal Director in our Company Compliance and Governance Group, having joined the firm in 2007, and has extensive experience in advising on questions of corporate governance and company law.

Having trained and qualified as a chartered accountant with one of the “big four” accounting firms, he has contributed the chapter on “Financial Statements, Audit and Annual Returns” to Courtney, The Law of Companies, (4th ed; 2016) and has contributed to Bloomsbury Professional’s Guide to the Companies Act 2014 (2015). He works with a wide range of companies of all sizes, as well as with semi-state bodies and not-for-profit organisations, and has assisted in drafting legislation such as the NAMA Act 2009, the Central Bank and Credit Institutions (Resolution) Act 2011, and the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Act 2013.
