Eileen is Head of Legal Tech Services and is Arthur Cox’s Chief Digital Officer. She has nearly 30 years’ experience in the consulting services, finance shared service and the tech sector.

Since joining Arthur Cox in September 2018, Eileen has focused on developing and enhancing the Arthur Cox consulting and Legal Tech client service offerings including commissioning the Arthur Cox eDiscovery and Investigation Services.  Eileen is also responsible for the digital transformation agenda within Arthur Cox, with a strategy to embed legal tech into the day-to-day work activities of our partners, associates, trainees and consultants firm wide and to identify and shape tech-enabled client services. Previously, Eileen spent 17 years in senior leadership positions at both European and global levels within Accenture CIO and ten years on Accenture client consulting engagements.

Relevant Experience

  • Overseeing all client projects delivered on the Arthur Cox in-house eDiscovery and Investigation platforms including large scale eDiscovery exercises for Litigation and Arbitration matters, Regulatory, and Internal Investigations, and DSARS and Data Breech response exercises
  • Overseeing all large scale Document Review and Due Diligence projects including several large Central Bank of Ireland Tracker Mortgage Investigations, some of which required a >40 person review team to review in excess of 1.1 million potentially relevant documents where more than 70,000 documents were produced to the regulator on a rolling basis over nine month period
  • Overseeing multiple due diligence and remediation projects in the preparation of Loan Books for Sale including a two year remediation work-stream for the largest sale of residential mortgages ever undertaken in the State
  • Overseeing multiple due diligence and execution of loan transfer projects
  • Investigation of a potential data breach for a Large Multi-national US based Software Company by using advanced analytics to identify the potential exposure of PII
  • Internal investigation for a Leading Retailer in relation to an employee fraud investigation using advanced analytics and targeted assisted review in Relativity
  • Multiple large scale and complex data subject access request for public sector clients, frequently where related litigation and disputes matters were in play
  • Multiple data subject access request in relation to employment matters for private sector clients
  • An extremely time sensitive  investigation for a high profile client to conduct a fact finding exercise to source key information stemming from potential issues identified in correspondence issued from a UK regulator where the client License was under threat of suspension
  • Supporting the Litigation teams in multiple disputes related eDiscovery projects involving the ingestion of large volumes of data (circa 40 to 700 GB) into the Arthur Cox platforms
