Glenn is a partner in the Debt Capital Markets Group.
Formerly a capital markets partner at Allen & Overy, Glenn specialises in all forms of capital markets transactions, particularly repackagings, CLOs, securitisations, bond issues, debt issuance programmes, derivatives and equity linked products such as convertibles and exchangeables.
Relevant Experience
- Advising Barclays Bank Ireland on its AT1 and Tier two issuances (Irish law governed issuance)
- Advising the dealers on the Bank of Ireland EMTN Programme and its AT1 issuance in May 2020 (Irish law governed issuance)
- Advising the underwriters on Dell Bank’s debut Reg S Eurobond in October 2019 (Irish law governed issuance)
- Advising the Issuer on Amundi’s Physical Metals gold linked ETC platform (Irish law programme)
- Advising Xtrackers and DWS on the Secured Physical Metals ETC platform (Irish law programme)
- Advising on a substantial number of RMBS/CMBS securitisations, CLO transactions and private debt funds where the underlying assets are loans of different types (including for Carlyle, M&G and Permira)
- Advising Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Agricole, BNP Paribas, MUFG and Morgan Stanley on a number of their flow repackaging vehicles in Ireland
