We have advised CPM, a leading global provider of process equipment, engineered technologies and aftermarket support, on its acquisition of CFE, a long-standing EMEA partner with extensive experience in aftermarket service, refurbishment and technical support.

CFE, headquartered in Ireland, supports customers across Ireland and the UK, with particular strength in the animal feed and biomass sectors. The business specialises in die and roller shell refurbishment, aftermarket consumables and engineering services, and has represented CPM’s product line since 2010.

The acquisition strengthens CPM’s aftermarket capabilities across Europe, enhancing its ability to support customers throughout the full lifecycle of their equipment and expanding its service and refurbishment offering in the region.
