We advised Pandox on the Irish real estate aspects of its acquisition and re-organisation of Dalata Hotel Group. The transaction includes the separation of Dalata’s property and operating businesses, and the sale of the hotel operations business to Scandic Hotels Group.

Pandox retains a portfolio of 32 hotel properties across Ireland and the UK (21 in Ireland). Scandic will operate the hotels under new revenue-based leases.

Our Real Estate Group advised on the extensive restructuring of Dalata’s Irish property portfolio and the implementation of the real estate arrangements underpinning the new ownership and operating structure.
