- Advising multiple Irish, UK and international betting companies in relation to their applications for remote bookmaker and remote betting intermediary licences from the Irish Revenue Commissioners and the Department of Justice
- Advising licensed betting operators on requirements for Certificates of Personal Fitness for key personnel
- Advising on the implications of mergers/acquisitions on Irish bookmaker and remote betting intermediary licences
- Advising on the lawful promotion and operation of skill games, lotteries and prize draws in Ireland and on the sponsorship of sporting and other events by prominent betting companies
- Advising on the legislation governing Ireland’s National Lottery
