We advised the shareholders of Distilled, the leading multi-vertical digital marketplace operator across Ireland and Northern Ireland (best known for its platforms Daft.ie, PropertyPal, DoneDeal.ie, Used Cars NI and Adverts.ie), on the proposed acquisition by REA Group Ltd (ASX: REA), the Australian company behind realestate.com.au, of a 35% minority interest in the business.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions and is expected to complete before the end of this year.
