We have advised APi Group Corporation (NYSE: APG), as lead buyside legal counsel, on its agreement to acquire WTech Fire Group, a leading European provider of fire protection, suppression and detection solutions.

WTech Fire Group is headquartered in Ireland and operates across a number of European markets, including the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, and the Nordic region. The acquisition will further strengthen APi Group’s European fire protection and life safety platform, enhancing its sprinkler and suppression capabilities across the region. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approvals.
