Lesley-Ann is of counsel in the Corporate and M&A Group and advises clients on all areas of corporate law.

Lesley-Ann advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including public and private M&A, joint ventures, equity capital markets transactions and corporate reorganisations. Lesley-Ann also advises clients on corporate governance and general corporate law matters.

Lesley-Ann has extensive experience acting for a wide range of Irish and international professional services firms, private capital investors and accountancy bodies on M&A, structuring transactions, partnership law, regulatory and compliance issues and disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Lesley-Ann trained and worked for a major law firm in London.

  • Advising Grant Thornton Advisors LLC and New Mountain Capital on Irish and Northern Irish audit regulatory matters in connection with the combination of Grant Thornton Advisors with Grant Thornton Ireland’s advisory and tax businesses.
  • Advising CPA Ireland on its amalgamation with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
  • Advising the partners of Moore Ireland on the sale of a majority stake in Moore Ireland to London-based accounting firm, Moore Kingston Smith, funded by Waterland Private Equity.
  • Advising multiple leading professional service firms on partnership and audit regulatory matters.
  • Advising the selling shareholders on the sale of Distilled Ltd., Ireland’s leading online classifieds company, to Blacksheep Fund Management Ltd.
  • Advising the shareholders of Channel Mechanics on its sale to Channelscaler, creating the most comprehensive Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform in the industry.
  • Advising the shareholders of 8 West Consulting, a dynamic software development company, on the sale of 50% of the company to Washington Dental Services (parent company of Delta Dental of Washington).
  • Advising the shareholders of Glennon Insurances, leading providers of expert insurance solutions in Ireland, on its sale to Arachas Corporate Brokers Limited, a subsidiary of The Ardonagh Group.
  • Advising on the launch of SkyRise Leasing, a mission-driven helicopter leasing company focussed on supporting critical aerial operations across Europe.
