Katrina is Of Counsel and leads the knowledge function in the firm’s Energy, Construction and Engineering, and PPP and PFI Groups. She has significant experience in energy sector regulation.
Katrina is responsible for legal, regulatory and commercial awareness and horizon-scanning; participation in industry groups; education through training and tailored updates; and implementation of strategic initiatives in the areas of know-how, risk management and precedent development. She advises on a range of matters across the areas of energy and energy transition.
Katrina has advised on gas regulation, supply agreements and upstream pipeline arrangements; electricity market regulation and reform; connection and use of system; wholesale and retail trading; renewable energy projects; energy sector disputes; and procurement of largescale infrastructure projects in sectors such as education and waste management.
