  • Kennedy Wilson on the refinancing of Sanford Lodge, Clancy Quay,  Brooklawn House and  the Alliance Building
  • Lloyds Banking Group on all day to day property matters in Ireland, including the recent Project Phoenix and Project Paris residential loan portfolio sales
  • Groupon, Inc. and Ebay, Inc. on their property and data centre requirements in Ireland
  • Jazz Pharmaceuticals on the acquisition of its EMEA headquarters at Waterloo Exchange, Dublin 2
