Maeve Crockett – Partner, Construction and Engineering
Maeve Crockett
My name is Maeve Crockett, and I’m a partner in our construction and engineering group here in Arthur Cox. I advise on large scale construction and infrastructure projects across a variety of sectors, so telecoms, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, technology like data centres, and also large infrastructure projects as well. One of the features I really enjoy about my practise is I advise clients through the full life cycle of a project. So I’ll advise from front-end procurement and contracting strategy through to drafting, and then also as issues arise throughout the course of the project and dispute work at the back-end as well. I’m fortunate to work in a very busy area, and I think with the increasing presence of Irish contractors, not only across Ireland, but also in a number of international jurisdictions, advising on projects internationally and particularly throughout EMEA, is likely to be a feature going forwards.
