Amelia is Of Counsel in the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations Group, specialising in financial services litigation and regulatory intervention and investigations, as well as statutory appeals and judicial review.
Amelia has particular expertise in advising financial institutions, pensions, and professional service providers in relation to high-profile regulatory investigations, crisis-management, and information governance processes, and related forensic data reviews. She also has extensive experience in advising, and acting for, regulated firms, statutory and government entities, private and public companies in the financial services, energy and retail sectors in respect of all aspects of the litigation process, as well as dispute prevention and alternative dispute resolution processes. Amelia regularly deals with multi-party and multi-jurisdictional disputes before the Commercial List of the High Court and leads large-scale and complex discovery and data review processes.
