Julianne is a senior associate in our Debt Finance Group and advises on a broad range of finance law matters, in particular real estate finance, development finance and project finance.

Julianne has experience advising clients across a broad range of domestic and international financings including real estate financing, development financing, project financing, acquisition financing, fund financing, syndicated lending and ESG financing. Her particular focus is real estate and development finance, advising a variety of lenders and borrowers.
