We were pleased to have partnered with Ropes & Gray LLP in advising Formerra, LLC, an H.I.G. Capital portfolio company, on its acquisition of Total Polymer Solutions (an Irish headquartered distributor of polymer materials and technologies).

Formerra, LLC is a leading distributor of engineered materials and the acquisition will enable Formerra, LLC to strengthen its global healthcare distribution platform while building on both companies’ shared capabilities around rapid product development, innovation, and regulatory support.
