In the guide, authors Kevin Lynch, Ian Dillon and David O’Shea give an overview of the Irish regulated funds market, including details of the common fund structures, how the regulation of Irish funds works and an overview of fund financing and security. The firm also contributed to the Fund Finance in Ireland and Luxembourg: A comparative analysis chapter.  Ireland and Luxembourg have long been the preferred jurisdictions in which to establish a fund in Europe, and in the chapter author Phil Cody looks at the key legal issues that should be considered when an Irish or Luxembourg fund is a borrower in a fund finance structure.
