The European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) 2024 Annual Conference will take place in Reykjavík, Iceland, from 6 – 8 June.

The EELA Annual Conference, the largest annual gathering of European employment lawyers, provides European employment professionals with an update on the most recent CJEU cases and discussions on current trends, topics and main challenges in the area of European labour law.

This is the first time the EELA Conference will take place in a country which is both a member of EFTA and the Agreement on the European Economic Area, which brings together EU Member States and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway in the Internal Market.
