Zac is Of Counsel in the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations Group.

Zac has a broad range of commercial disputes experience across a wide client base which includes Irish and international corporates, investment funds, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and high net worth individuals. He has acted in commercial arbitrations and various civil litigation matters before the Irish courts as well as the courts of England and Wales and the British Virgin Islands.

Zac is also experienced in pre-dispute risk management, negotiation and mediation. His practice is focused on complex contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and commercial property disputes.

Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Zac trained and practised in the London office of a Magic Circle global law firm. He has also practised offshore in the British Virgin Islands for a leading international offshore law firm.
