Katherine is Of Counsel with the firm’s Finance Group. She has extensive experience in the financial services sector, in particular in lending, debt capital markets, structured finance and fund finance and investment structures.

Katherine is responsible for legal, regulatory and commercial awareness; horizon-scanning for clients; education (internal and client) via training and tailored legal and regulatory updates; the publication of industry alerts on key developments; and the development and implementation of other strategic initiatives in the areas of know-how, risk management and precedent development.

Katherine holds a first class Master’s in Law from University College Cork, as well as a diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland, and a professional certificate in complex financial instruments from University College Dublin.

Katherine has over a decade of legal experience, including time spent in Clifford Chance LLP as an associate in the Structured, Asset-Backed and Real Estate Finance team, and in Kroll Bond Rating Agency as a Senior Director in the Ratings Legal Team.
