Emma works in our Employment Law Group and advises clients on all aspects of employment law.

Emma provides advice and support in respect of all aspects of the employer-employee relationship and in relation to contentious and non-contentious matters. Emma advises a wide range of domestic and international clients, including private entities and State bodies. Emma has a strong background in litigation, dispute resolution and investigations and advises client in relation to disputes before the civil courts and employment tribunals. Emma also advises on the employment aspects of corporate mergers, acquisitions and restructurings and in relation to the management of ‘day to day’ employment related issues, including changes to terms and conditions, the application of employment related legislation, complaints, grievances, disputes and disciplinary matters.

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), 2011, Trinity College Dublin
  • Diploma in Technology and IP Law, 2014, Law Society of Ireland
  • Admitted as a solicitor in Ireland, 2016
  • Advanced Diploma in Applied Employment Law, 2022, Honourable Society of Kings Inns
