I’m Bridget Clinton, a Senior Associate here at Arthur Cox. I’m a regulatory and commercial lawyer, advising multinational and domestic clients across a wide range of regulated industries. My specialist expertise is life sciences regulation, and I advise clients in the pharma, med tech, biotech, digital health, cosmetics, and agrifood sectors in relation to regulatory issues arising throughout the entire product life cycle. So that can include advice on clinical research and market access, pricing and reimbursement, promotion and compliance, supply chain restructuring and compliance, and post-market obligations. Supporting clients in their interactions with regulators and helping clients navigate inspections and investigations is a really important part of my role. I also advise on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including complex transitional arrangements in the context of large-scale M&A.

In addition to life sciences regulation, my practise also includes advising clients in the telecom and digital infrastructure space on licensing, access, and regulatory engagement and compliance. At the heart of the work of our Regulated Markets team is a commitment to helping clients understand risk and navigate evolving and complex regulatory frameworks with confidence.
