Deutsche Bank has provided a €415 million refinancing of the Glass Bottle site, a joint venture between Oaktree Capital Management and Pembroke Beach DAC, a Lioncor/Ronan Group joint venture vehicle, to progress the development of the 4,000 unit site on the landmark Dublin plot.
Working alongside A&O Shearman in advising Deutsche Bank, our cross-disciplinary team was led by Ciara Buckley (Debt Finance).
