We have also advised DWTE in connection with the appointment of Kanadevia Inova (KI) as the new operator of the DWTE Project and the increase in the capacity of the facility to accommodate processing up to 690,000 tonnes per year of residual waste.

These transactions mark the latest evolution of this project, a project Arthur Cox has been proud to support for more than 20 years.
