We advised Avenue Capital Group on its investments to date through its Irish Homebuilder Capital Solutions Fund, including its investments in D/RES, Castlethorn and Duffy Property Group.

The Homebuilder Capital Solutions Fund was launched in December 2025 with €150 million funding from the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund. Following a recent €70 million investment by AIB and Bank of Ireland, the fund has total committed capital of more than €220 million and is expected to support land acquisitions capable of delivering in excess of 12,000 homes nationwide, subject to planning.
