Seán is a senior associate in our Structured Finance and Securitisation Group.

Seán advises on a wide range of debt finance work, including both domestic and cross border securitisations (public and private) including RMBS, CMBS and CLO transactions. He also advises on EMTN programmes, loan portfolio sales, acquisitions and structures, restructurings and derivatives. Additionally, Seán has experience in banking and financial services, advising borrowers and international financial institutions on a range of transactions including corporate lending, syndicated financings, receivables purchasing and acquisition financing transactions.
