Mairéad is a partner and Head of Knowledge, Learning and Development at the firm.

Mairéad is responsible for the management of the firm’s Knowledge, Learning and Development function and the development and implementation of the firm’s Knowledge, Learning & Development strategy.

Relevant Experience

Mairéad spent over 20 years at a magic circle firm in the UK where she developed the strategy and managed numerous projects for the Knowledge and Learning function within the debt capital markets department. She has experience of advising on legal, regulatory and market developments in relation to debt capital markets. She specialises in EU regulation of financial markets and has advised on key EU directives and regulations in the context of debt capital markets. Mairéad has worked closely with the International Capital Markets Association to develop practical solutions to comply with the increasing obligations on capital markets participants.
