Jennifer is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance Group.

As an associate in the Finance Group since 2020, Jennifer has advised on a very broad range of finance transactions (acting for both borrowers and lenders) including, but not limited to, corporate finance, acquisition finance, real estate/development finance, various secured/unsecured lending transactions as well as on some aspects of loan portfolio sales.

Jennifer has significant experience in drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation which extends to numerous multi-jurisdictional finance transactions (New York and London led) involving senior debt financings and secured and unsecured bond issuances.

Jennifer started with the firm as a trainee in January 2017, before qualifying in January 2020.

Relevant Experience

  • Advised Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals Group, including the Irish parent company, Mallinckrodt plc and its Irish subsidiaries in relation to a $6 billion global corporate and financial restructuring project implemented through Chapter 11 proceedings in the US and parallel examinership proceedings in Ireland.
  • Advised American data storage company Seagate Technology, including the Irish parent company Seagate Technology Holdings plc and its Irish subsidiaries in relation to various New York law governed notes issuances and notes exchanges.
  • Advised Canadian headquartered Bausch Pharmaceuticals and its Irish subsidiaries on Irish finance and security aspects of its New York law governed credit facilities, various New York law governed secured and unsecured bond issuances and internal corporate re-organisations.
  • Advised Mainstreet Capital Corporation and Alter Domus (US) LLC in relation to approx. $90million term loan and revolving credit facility made available to Monitorus Holding, LLC, provider of media monitoring and evaluation services.
  • Advised Telus Communications Inc., one of Canada’s largest telecoms companies in relation to internal corporate re-organisations and Ontario law governed credit facilities valued at approx. US$2,000,000,000.
  • Advised Brookfield Asset Management in relation to €930 million bridge financing in connection with €1.089 billion takeover of one of Ireland’s largest landlords Hibernia Real Estate Group Limited (formerly Hibernia Reit plc, listed on the Irish Stock Exchange).
  • Advised Montagu Private Equity LLP in relation to approx. €435 million financing in connection with its acquisition of the Waystone (Ireland) group (formerly known as DMS Governance (Europe)).
  • Advised Opcimmo a French real estate investment company and its subsidiary Amundi Real Estate Fund One ICAV on its first investment into the Irish market by acquiring the Fitzwilliam 28 office block and associated financing for approx. €70 million.
  • Advised Bank of Ireland as Agent on the refinancing of Irish syndicated facilities totalling €340 million made available to a large Irish food and agri business.
  • Advised Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE on various loan portfolio transfers and sales.
