Jean is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A Group, specialising in private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations and commercial contracts. 

Jean advises on both domestic and cross border transactions across various industries and on a broad range of matters including private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, management incentive structures, corporate advisory matters, corporate restructurings and commercial contract drafting and advice.

Relevant Experience

• Advising on the sale by Oakhill Advisors and Twin Point Capital of a majority interest in National Broadband Ireland to Asterion Industrial Partners.
• Advising the National Broadband Ireland Consortium on the project, fundraising and rollout of the National Broadband Plan (the largest ever telecommunications project undertaken by the Irish State).
• Advising Nordeus on its acquisition by Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
• Advised Cognizant on its acquisition of Zenith Technologies Limited.
• Advising Bausch Health on the spin-off of its eye health business and other restructuring.
• Advising Phoenix Tower International on its agreement with Eir to own and operate wireless tower sites.
• Advising EPH Group on its acquisition of a majority stake in Tynagh Energy Limited.
