Holly is a senior associate in our Real Estate Group, which she joined in 2022 having previously worked in another large Irish law firm. She advises domestic and international clients on complex commercial property transactions, with particular experience in high‑value acquisitions, refinancings, asset management and leasing across a range of sectors.
Holly advises institutional investors, lenders and corporate occupiers on the full lifecycle of commercial property assets.
Her practice spans acquisitions and disposals, real estate aspects of corporate and financing transactions, development projects, and ongoing asset management. Holly regularly acts on high‑value and strategically significant transactions and has extensive experience leading the property workstream on complex refinancings and investment deals. She works closely with colleagues across finance, construction and corporate teams.
