Daniel is a manager in our Corporate Services Group.

Daniel is a chartered accountant and trained in the audit department of KPMG Ireland. During this time, he worked on audit engagements of both listed and unlisted clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, telecommunications, consumer electronics and energy.

As a manager in the SPV Accounting team of the firm’s Corporate Services Group, Daniel works closely with clients and auditors to ensure the delivery of accounting services and acts as a director on several capital markets SPVs.

Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Daniel was a senior accountant in the corporate services business of an international financial services law firm. In this role he gained exposure to various assets classes such as CLOs, SRTs, CMBS and aircraft leasing transactions.
