We have advised Invesis on the financing of the Higher Education Bundle 2 Public Private Partnership (PPP).

The contract, which was recently awarded under the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science PPP programme,  is for the construction, maintenance and operations of new facilities across multiple higher education campuses; Atlantic Technological University (ATU) Galway and Letterkenny Campuses, South East Technological University (SETU) Waterford and Carlow Campuses and Technological University of the Shannon (TUS) Limerick Campus. The construction cost of the five facilities is approximately €380m (ex VAT).
