This is the 7th year in a row that we have ranked first in the league tables by either value or volume, reaffirming our position as the leading M&A practice in Ireland. Mergermarket is a publication providing insights and analysis on M&A transactions globally.

In 2022, we advised on 39 announced deals, totalling over $14 billion, including:

• advising Flutter on its €1.9 billion acquisition of Sisal S.p.A from CVC Capital Partners
• advising InfraVia Capital Partners on its investment for a 49.99% stake in Fibre Networks Ireland Holdings Limited
• advising Global Shares plc, an Irish fintech company, on its acquisition by JP Morgan
• advising John Laing on its acquisition of a portfolio of assets from the Irish Infrastructure Fund including the Convention Centre Dublin and Towercom.
