The firm was recognised for its “Work Experience for all Programme”, which is specifically aimed at students from less privileged communities and backgrounds.  Arthur Cox believes that high quality work experience should be for all, not just a select few. The aim of the programme is to encourage students to continue in education and to help them explore the career possibilities that exist for them.

The programme was established eight years ago and to date over 200 students have participated in the initiative, with 100 staff volunteers from Arthur Cox helping to ensure its success each year.
